Job summary

A prominent hospitality establishment in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead its restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including maintaining high standards and training staff. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 18 months in a supervisory role, a suitable hospitality qualification, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience within the hospitality industry in a 4-star property.
  • Must have at least 18 months of management or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Isizulu and/or IsiXhosa will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating a good first impression exceeding customer expectations through efficient delivering and friendly service.
  • Manage restaurant operations including staff and customer service.
  • Ensure a high standard of food and beverage knowledge is maintained.

Minimum Requirements
