In this vital role, you will be the face of the dining experience, creating a warm and professional atmosphere that our guests will cherish. Your ability to manage and train a team of servers, organize the flow of service, and maintain impeccable standards will be critical. By ensuring that each meal service is executed correctly you will directly influence our guests' satisfaction, contributing to their overall enjoyment and loyalty to the cruise line.

Your Journey So Far

We are looking for a candidate with :

Minimum two years as a manager of a restaurant within a 5-star hotel environment or as a Head waiter on board of cruise lines.

Skills : good at leading a team, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Personality : Energetic, approachable, and guest oriented.

To be successful in this role, we require that you bring the following qualifications and experience :

Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar position, preferably within the cruise industry or in upscale restaurants.

Excellent English communication skills, both with guests and your team. Additional Language is highly requested

The ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, delivering service with speed, precision, and a smile.

Flexibility and adaptability, as every day onboard brings new challenges and opportunities to shine.

Attention to detail, ensuring every guest's dining experience is flawless.

A team-oriented mindset, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service.
