Due to the cultural and culinary nature of this role, fluency in English and proficiency in Italian is essential, along with a strong understanding of traditional Italian cuisine.

1. Expertise in wine service and sommelier duties

3. Stable employment history, ideally including 3+ years at a single establishment
4. Skilled in staff leadership, customer service, and restaurant operations
