Restaurant Manager (Based in East Coast, USA)

Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for Italian à la carte dining and fine wines? Do you bring sommelier knowledge and a history of leading successful, high-end hospitality teams?

If so, we want to hear from you! We are a prestigious, family-style restaurant located on the East Coast of the United States, looking for a dedicated professional to manage our front-of-house operations and help elevate our guest experience. Due to the cultural and culinary nature of this role, fluency in English and proficiency in Italian is essential, along with a strong understanding of traditional Italian cuisine.

Responsibilities:

  1. Expertise in wine service and sommelier duties
  2. Passion for hospitality and exceptional service standards
  3. Stable employment history, ideally including 3+ years at a single establishment
  4. Skilled in staff leadership, customer service, and restaurant operations
  5. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
