The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and profitable operations while upholding high standards of food, service, and health and safety. This front-of-house role requires a professional with a friendly, confident presence who can engage warmly with guests and lead a team effectively.

Requirements

Minimum Matric or an equivalent qualification

Computer literate (Excel and Word)

Pilot POS experience is advantageous

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Additional local or international languages are beneficial

Previous restaurant management experience is essential

Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills

Own transport essential

Basic accounting knowledge

Sober and honest habits

Willing to undergo a polygraph test if required

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations

Greet and host guests, manage reservations

Ensure adherence to company uniform and service standards

Prepare shift and weekly reports, including staff and food control

Oversee stock takes (food, beverage, and operational)

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment

Liaise confidently with guests and colleagues

Display attention to detail and a can-do attitude
