We’re Hiring: Restaurant Manager at Skilpadvlei Wine Farm

Skilpadvlei Wine Farm is looking for a passionate, experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team!

Location: In and around Stellenbosch

Employment Type: Full-time

Own transport & valid driver’s license required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations

• Lead and manage the front-of-house team

• Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality

• Handle stock control, ordering, and supplier management

• Coordinate events, functions, and group bookings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work well under pressure

• Reliable own transport and a valid driver’s license

• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
