Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Restaurant Manager to Join our Dynamic Company and work within SA’s No. 1 Fast Food brand!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve high standards within the restaurant by ensuring all employees focus on exceeding customer expectations for cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality, and speed of service.
  • Manage shifts and control costs in accordance with company policies, including directing activities to maximize sales, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Forecast and schedule labor by shift, creating deployment plans to control labor costs while meeting business needs.
  • Implement controls and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, property, and company funds.
  • Facilitate training programs for staff to meet company standards, maximizing performance and career growth.
  • Take necessary actions to ensure employee performance standards are met.
  • Provide leadership and support to employees, acting as a role model.
  • Manage local store marketing activities to increase sales.
  • Deliver consistent results through effective team management and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in English
