Restaurant Manager

R15 000.00 pm – R18 000.00 pm (Live-in) (NO COUPLES) (Fixed Term)

Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager. Micros System Experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet
• Well-spoken and presented individual
• Strong leader who can oversee employees
• Manage the entire service operation of the restaurant
• Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant
• Daily meetings and handovers with staff
• Staff rostering
• Maintain and achieve restaurant targets
• Do monthly stock takes

Requirements:

• Matric
• 3 years’ experience in a management position in a restaurant / hotel
• Grade 12 and computer literate
• Formal hospitality degree / diploma preferable
