Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing all front-of-house operations and ensuring exceptional guest service
• Leading, training, and motivating the service team
• Coordinating closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
• Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively
• Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Maintaining the ambiance and appearance of the restaurant to luxury standards

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in a similar role within a high-end or fine dining establishment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team
• Excellent understanding of wine and food pairings
• Knowledge of POS and restaurant management systems
• Professional appearance and a calm, confident presence under pressure
