The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and profitable operations while upholding high standards of food, service, and health and safety. This front-of-house role requires a professional with a friendly, confident presence who can engage warmly with guests and lead a team effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum Matric or an equivalent qualification

  • Computer literate (Excel and Word)

  • Pilot POS experience is advantageous

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans

  • Additional local or international languages are beneficial

  • Previous restaurant management experience is essential

  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills

  • Own transport essential

  • Basic accounting knowledge

  • Sober and honest habits

  • Contactable references

  • Willing to undergo a polygraph test if required
