This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering hands-on IT support and enjoys the buzz of the restaurant industry. The successful candidate will be the go-to expert for all things IT, ensuring systems run seamlessly and efficiently so operations never miss a beat.

This varied role involves providing both remote and onsite technical support, managing third-party escalations, and taking ownership of IT infrastructure across multiple restaurant sites. From POS systems and kiosks to networks and software, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping technology at the heart of operations working smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • An IT Diploma or A+ and N qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of POS systems, networks, and hardware
  • A proactive approach to stakeholder and vendor management
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support non-technical users
  • A sound understanding of IT security best practices
