Job Description

A Group Operations Manager is required for a restaurant group operating multiple outlets in South Africa, mainly Gauteng. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in head office or multi-store management. The role demands a proactive individual who will participate in store operations and support management with everyday tasks. A robust understanding of financial management and marketing is crucial. The successful applicant will be tasked with increasing brand recognition and driving financial performance for the group. Responsibilities include maintaining brand integrity, ensuring high service standards, and resolving operational issues. Applicants must have significant experience with Pilot point of sale systems and will need to manage these systems remotely.
