Job Description

We are actively searching for a senior General Manager for a chic, upmarket restaurant situated in Silverlakes Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 10 years in restaurant management, including at least 5 years as a General Manager.
2. Strong operational management expertise, as responsible for the entire restaurant operation.
3. Professional presentation and outstanding communication skills.
4. Experience in high-pressure, busy high-end restaurant environments.
5. Proficiency in staff management, training, stock control, restaurant administration, and opening/closing procedures.
6. Long tenure at previous jobs with reachable references.
7. Energetic, passionate, motivated, with excellent customer relations skills and a hands-on management style.

The salary range is R22,000 – R25,000 net monthly. Be sure to quote reference RA140 when applying.
