Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Restaurant Manager to Join our Dynamic Company and work within SA’s No. 1 Fast Food brand!

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Achieve high standards within the restaurant by ensuring that all employees focus on exceeding customer expectations for cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality, and speed of service.
  2. Manage shifts and control costs in accordance with company policies and procedures, including directing employee activities to maximize sales, efficiency, and profitability.
  3. Forecast and schedule labor per shift and create deployment plans to control labor costs while meeting business needs.
  4. Implement controls and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, property, and company funds.
  5. Facilitate restaurant training programs for all staff to meet company standards, enabling them to maximize performance and realize career potential.
  6. Take necessary actions to ensure all employees meet performance standards.
  7. Support and serve as a role model to employees, providing leadership as needed.
  8. Manage local store marketing activities to increase sales.
  9. Achieve consistent results through effective team management and leadership.
Requirements :
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in English and numeracy
  • Computer literacy
  • Financial acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure and enjoy shift work
