Location: Western Cape, City of Cape Town, Cape Town

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Travel, Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality

Secondary Industry: Travel, Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality

Salary: ZAR35000 - ZAR40000 Per month

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
  • Manage and lead a team of staff members
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as required
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Education

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in restaurant management

Knowledge And Skills

  • Understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Proficiency in financial management
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications
