Job description

Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Restaurant Manager to Join our Dynamic Company and work within SA’s No. 1 Fast Food brand!

Key Responsibilities :
  • Achieve high standards within the restaurant by ensuring that all employees are focused on exceeding customer expectations for cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality, and speed of service.
  • Manage shifts and control costs in accordance with company policies and procedures, including directing employee activities to maximize sales, operating efficiency, and profitability.
  • Forecast and schedule labor by shift, creating a deployment plan to control labor costs while meeting business needs.
  • Implement controls and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, property, and company funds.
  • Facilitate restaurant training programs for all staff to meet company standards, enabling them to maximize performance and realize their career potential.
  • Take necessary actions to ensure employees meet performance standards.
  • Support and serve as a role model to employees, providing leadership as needed.
  • Manage local store marketing activities to grow sales.
  • Achieve consistent results through team management and leadership.
Requirements :
