The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, profitability, and guest experience of the restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring high service and food quality standards, overseeing financial performance, and maintaining brand reputation.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-end restaurant.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Proven ability to manage budgets, increase revenue, and control costs.
4. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
5. Knowledge of fine dining standards, wines, and premium hospitality trends.
6. Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems.
7. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Package

- Salary: R25 – R30 per month, depending on experience

- This is a live-out position
