Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Floor Manager located in Pretoria. The Restaurant Floor Manager will ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, oversee daily operations, and manage staff hiring and training. Additionally, the role requires coordination of food and beverage services, maintaining quality standards, and effective communication with staff and guests.
