What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for integrating ESG and impact considerations across the investment process. You’ll also engage with stakeholders, contribute to industry thought leadership, and ensure transparent, client-focused reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embed ESG and climate risk analysis into investment decisions and reporting.
• Drive sustainability and impact reporting aligned with SDGs and the National Development Plan.
• Engage with investee companies and fund managers to enhance measurable impact.
• Prepare stewardship, ESG, and proxy voting reports for clients.
• Support Portfolio Managers and Business Development teams with presentations, insights, and data.
• Represent the firm at key industry forums and events focused on Responsible Investing.
