Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ proven experience as a General Manager (or senior hotel leadership role) within a reputable hospitality group
• Strong work ethic with the ability to focus on execution and results
• Willingness and ability to follow directions from senior management and owners

• Practical knowledge and experience in construction and building maintenance
• Ability to take decisive action in emergency situations
• Competence in driving various types of vehicles relevant to resort operations

Duties

• Oversee day-to-day resort operations, following established procedures and standards
• Maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies
• Implement instructions from senior management and owners consistently
• Supervise property maintenance, construction projects, and infrastructure upkeep
• Support, mentor, and manage the team within the existing operational framework
• Ensure alignment with company expectations and delivery of high-quality guest experiences

Family and partners are not able to reside permanently on the property, but may visit.
