The role requires a Professional Qualification in Property Valuation, SACPVP registration, and at least 3 years of residential valuation experience. You will provide expert advice to clients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Property Valuation or related discipline (NQF Level 5+ in Real Estate).
• Registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) as a Professional Valuer.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuation.
• Thorough knowledge of valuation principles, techniques, and the Free State property market.
• Excellent report-writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
