You will inspect properties, analyze market data, and prepare valuation reports for sales, financing and insurance, advising clients on values and opportunities while staying compliant with regulatory standards.

This role requires accreditation, minimum three years of experience, and proficiency with valuation software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property valuation experience.
• Accredited as a Certified Property Valuer.
• Knowledge of valuation methodologies and North West market, especially Klerksdorp.

Responsabilités

• Conduct physical inspections of residential properties to assess condition and market value.
• Research comparable sales data and local market trends in Klerksdorp.
• Prepare valuation reports in line with industry standards and client requirements.
• Provide expert advice on property values and market conditions.
