Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Property Valuer for its Rustenburg area team. The role involves on-site inspections, data research, and applying multiple valuation methods to prepare comprehensive reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of valuation experience, strong analytical skills, and registration with the SACPVP as a Professional Valuer or candidate. Travel within the region is expected.

• 3–5 years of property valuation experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of properties to assess condition and value.
• Research comparable sales data and market trends for Rustenburg region.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports adhering to standards and client needs.
• Apply cost, comparable sales, and income approaches as appropriate.
• Engage with clients, banks, and legal professionals to gather information.
• Stay updated on market dynamics, regulations, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with professional and legal requirements.
