Job Title : Residential Leasing Specialist

Location : Remote (CST Time Zone)

Salary Range : up to 2000 USD / month 5 USD per lease commission and monthly bonus for occupancy targets

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 11 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM (CST) with some weekend availability

• Respond to inbound guest cards and inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups via email phone or chat to drive engagement.
• Review incoming applications for accuracy and completeness; coordinate with applicants to fill in missing details.
• Schedule and conduct high-conversion sales calls with qualified leads.
• Maintain clear records and pipeline updates using internal systems.
• Support metrics include occupancy rate application compliance call quality and additional income generation.

Qualifications :

1 year of experience in leasing inside sales customer service or property management.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a clear neutral accent.

Comfortable on phone and video calls confident in closing conversations.

Highly organized tech-savvy and driven by results.

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience in a remote or virtual sales role with U.S.-based clients.

High energy and self-motivated personality.

Familiarity with CRM or property management software (training available).
