Reservations and Revenue Manager Wanted Urgently!

POSITION INFO :

Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced and motivated Reservations / Revenue Manager / Sales professional to join our team. This role primarily focuses on managing reservations for our lodges while incorporating revenue management and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will also conduct online product training for agents and handle annual rate benchmarking and increases.

Key Responsibilities :

Reservations Management :

  • Handle all aspects of reservations for our lodges, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, cancellations, and guest preferences.

Revenue Management :

  • Monitor and analyze occupancy rates, market trends, and competitor rates to optimize pricing strategies.
  • Forecast demand and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Conduct annual rate benchmarking and recommend rate increases based on market analysis.

Sales and Marketing :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
  • Conduct online product training sessions for travel agents to enhance their knowledge and promote our lodges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the existing reservations team to ensure seamless operations and support.
  • Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in reservations management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
