Job description
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a reservations department or tourism/travel call centre, preferably handling multiple properties.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel: intermediate to advanced).
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems such as eRES / Nebula, Opera Cloud, Apex, and CRM platforms.
Qualifications & Attributes
  • Matric (minimum); a relevant tertiary qualification in tourism/hospitality is advantageous.
  • Valid South African ID.
  • Professional, presentable, and customer service–oriented.
  • Dynamic, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Other
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with international clientele.
