Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a reservations department or tourism/travel call centre, preferably handling multiple properties.
- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel: intermediate to advanced).
- Familiarity with hospitality systems such as eRES / Nebula, Opera Cloud, Apex, and CRM platforms.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Matric (minimum); a relevant tertiary qualification in tourism/hospitality is advantageous.
- Valid South African ID.
- Professional, presentable, and customer service–oriented.
- Dynamic, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
