A leading hospitality establishment in Stellenbosch is seeking a Reservationist for Accommodation and Events. The role involves managing bookings, responding to guest enquiries, and maintaining guest profiles. Ideal candidates should have a Matric Certificate, a Hospitality Diploma, and relevant experience. Reservationist: Accommodation and Events
As our Reservationist: Accommodation and Events, you will respond to all enquiries and proposals efficiently and offer service excellence.
Your role will include updating room and event bookings daily, managing all enquiries, and ensuring all guest profiles are accurately updated at the time of booking. You will produce documentation for group accommodation and event bookings.
Requirements include a Matric Certificate or equivalent, a Hospitality Diploma, and at least 2 years’ experience in Reservations and/or Front Office. Strong administrative, data entry, organizational, and time-management skills are essential. Proficiency in Opera or other Property Management Systems and MS Office is required.
