Are you a confident, well-spoken professional with a passion for research, events, and connecting with industry leaders? We are looking for a dynamic Researcher / Conference Producer to join our growing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Researcher / Conference Producer, you will be responsible for researching timely and relevant conference topics, identifying and securing high-level industry speakers, and coordinating the production of professional business conferences from concept to delivery. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct in-depth market research to identify relevant and timely conference themes.
Source, contact, and secure expert speakers and key industry roleplayers.
Develop compelling programme content that attracts senior-level attendees.
Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers and industry stakeholders.
Work to strict deadlines while managing multiple projects.
Travel when necessary to meet stakeholders or attend conferences.
REQUIREMENTS

Post Graduate
Minimal 1 year research experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills – confident, professional, and persuasive.
Strong research and analytical skills with a nose for industry trends.
Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Well-groomed with strong personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
Outgoing personality, confident in dealing with executives and thought leaders.
Willingness to travel and represent the company professionally.
Previous experience in conference production, market research, or business events is an advantage.
