• Co-ordinates and contributes towards projects, by compiling and executing technical project activity plans.
• Identifies the need for human resources in projects and manages the allocated resources.
• Assists with compiling and managing project budgets.

• Conducts research support, diagnostics, and other services.
• Collects, captures and processes data with basic analysis.
• Provides verbal and written reports on work activities and results.
