Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• Proven organic synthesis or polymer chemistry experience.
• Expertise in material characterization techniques.
• Strong understanding of structure-property relationships in materials.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize and characterize new materials using advanced techniques.
• Analyze material properties with spectroscopy, chromatography, and microscopy.
• Develop synthesis protocols for desired properties and scalability.
