As a Resourcing Associate, your main focus will be on to proactively attract and source candidates and be responsible for enhancing their journey with us. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates during the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved. Additionally, you will provide support in the medical devices sector.

Proclinical is an award-winning global recruitment firm in the Life Sciences sector, dedicated to helping exceptional partners grow. As a rapidly expanding international staffing company, we are looking for highly motivated professionals to join our outstanding sales training program. We collaborate with Life Science companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotechnology sectors, placing specialized candidates in senior-level positions.

Every Day You Will…
  • Manage the candidate pipeline from the outset and throughout utilizing market insights to attract prospective candidates.
  • Work towards monthly KPIS/Targets focusing on candidate generation, cv submissions and screening calls completed.
  • Attend client briefings and build relationships with clients and stakeholders to gain insights into client needs and suitable candidate profiles.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings aligning the candidates skillset with the clients role.
