Job description & responsibilities
General and office administration
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, capable of drafting emails, communications, and reports effectively.
Familiarise with the advisory board members and manage the communications.
Research
Biology Knowledge: Strong understanding of biology and familiarity with relevant research organizations and resources.
Research Proficiency: Ability to conduct literature searches and familiarity with research publication sites and databases.
Data analysis & communication
Ability to gather data from various sources (e.g., surveys, databases, APIs, or manual entry) and systematically organize it into structured formats (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, or reports) for analysis and reporting.
Assist in drafting emails, communications, and meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
Social Media Strategy: Proficient in using social media platforms (such as LinkedIn) and ability to strategize and execute social media posts effectively.
Project administration and operations
