Job description

Conduct research to develop new formulations and processes.

  1. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
  2. Improve existing products and processes to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase sustainability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality control to implement new processes and products.
  4. Ensure all R&D activities comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in chemistry and related fields.
  6. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
  2. Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in R&D, preferably within the industrial industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of chemistry to develop and improve manufacturing processes for a wide range of products.
  4. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and chemical analysis software.
  5. Valid license and own vehicle.
