Overview

The State Diamond Trader is seeking a service provider to provide Editing, layout, and designing of the 2025/26 Corporate Plan Corporate plan.

Attached find the terms of reference/specifications of what is expected.

Please complete and return the attached SBD4 and SBD6.1 forms and quotation.

The closing date for submission is 09 October 2025 at 16H00.

No late submissions will be accepted.

Please ensure that on your SBD 6.1 paragraph 4 table 1 points are claimed accordingly and if not points wont be awarded.
