Job description

The State Diamond Trader is seeking a service provider to review and develop a business model aligned with the State Diamond Trader Mandate, as well as a financial model and operational plan.

Attached are the terms of reference/specifications outlining the expectations.

Please complete and return the attached SBD4, SBD1, and SBD6.1 forms, along with your quotation.

The closing date for submission is 18 August 2025 at 11:00.

Compulsory Briefing Session

The briefing session will be held on 05 August 2025 at 11:00 am at the State Diamond Trader. Bidders must send any queries to [e-mail].

Note: Bidders who do not attend the compulsory briefing session will have their bid invalidated and will not be evaluated.

No late submissions will be accepted.
