Sales Representative - Tier 3
Diplomat South Africa is recruiting for the role of Sales Representative - Tier 3 in the Field Sales Department, based in Pinetown, Kwazulu-Natal.

The role will report to the Sales Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Implement the Tier 3, Sub-D / Main Market strategy at retail level.
2. Ensure targeted Coverage, Sales, Distribution, and Retail Presence Objectives are met.
3. Consistent development and updating of the Retail Outlet Universe Database.
4. Achieve Coverage, Sales, Numeric Distribution & In Store Communication objectives.
5. Achieve the trade coverage plan.
6. On-time reporting and completion of daily administration objectives.
7. Implement all merchandising initiatives according to determined standards.
8. Responsible for all company resources on a daily basis (Vehicles, POS, Merchandising material, stock, mobile phone).
9. Implement promotions when applicable.
10. Field any trade-related issues or queries at store level.
11. Provide ongoing market intelligence to management.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Completed Matric or equivalent, accredited by SAQA.
2. 1 - 3 years Field Sales experience from an Informal Trade.
3. Own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
4. Must have met set targets for a defined period.
5. Must be a local resident in the relevant area of operation - Pinetown and surrounding (Westville / Marianhill).
6. Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, MS Office).
