Relocation to the British Virgin Islands is needed for this role.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Replenishment Analyst. The ideal candidate will utilize strong analytical skills and Excel expertise to manage demand forecasting, optimize inventory levels, and streamline the replenishment process. This self-motivated individual should thrive in a data-driven environment and be committed to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demand Planning: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast product demand and collaborate with category managers to adjust forecasts based on promotions and seasonal changes.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, create replenishment orders, and address overstock or low-stock situations to ensure product availability.
  3. Replenishment Optimization: Develop tailored replenishment strategies using sales data and customer insights to enhance inventory management.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use advanced Excel functions to analyze sales and inventory data, generating reports on performance and stock levels.
  5. Collaboration: Work with suppliers, logistics teams, and store managers to streamline the replenishment process and proactively communicate supply chain issues.
