The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing repair work, managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality control, and delivering excellent client service.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Supervise repair technicians and allocate tasks accordingly
2. Inspect and test damaged or faulty equipment
3. Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
4. Manage inventory of parts and equipment
5. Communicate with clients to understand their repair needs and provide updates
6. Train new technicians on repair techniques and safety procedures
7. Travel to clients across Durban
8. Maintain the company vehicle in neat condition and ensure proper care
