The purpose of the Rental Technician - Driver (Night Shift and Weekends) is to ensure efficient rental operations by supplying rental systems to end-users and maintaining quick turnaround times through proper cleaning and disinfecting.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, install, cancel, and collect rental systems (pumps and mattresses) with high skill and customer service within a 4-hour SLA.
  • Build strong relationships with clients in hospitals, aged care facilities, clinics, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and fault-find on medical pumps and mattresses.
  • Maintain adequate stock in the vehicle for efficient service.
  • Operate vehicle lawfully and according to company policies.
  • Perform other relevant duties and advise management on market trends.
  • Conduct daily stock counts and manage laundry agents responsibly.
  • Work night shifts on weekdays and weekends, with a roster of 5 days off in a 14-day cycle (65 hours).
Administrative Duties:
  • Complete installation and cancellation documentation and upload data accordingly.
  • Maintain daily asset count records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to installations and cancellations.
Quality System:
  • Ensure compliance with quality requirements in all work aspects.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Valid driver’s license with experience in vehicle maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently.
Personal Qualities:
  • Energetic and punctual.
  • Team player with good time management.
  • Adheres to policies and is well presented and spoken.
