Rental Property Practitioner

Responsibilities:

• Property inspections and routine maintenance
• Tenant screening and lease agreements
• Rent collection and arrears management
• Marketing and advertising vacant properties
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

The ideal candidate must have:

• 2+ years of experience in property management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. Rental Housing Act, CPA and PPRA)
