Job description
Rental Manager position available in Stellenbosch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • A scalable, compliant rentals operation with clear SOPs
  • Quarter-on-quarter growth in managed rentals and placement revenue
  • Consistently accurate billing, low arrears, and on-time landlord payments
  • A reliable national network for inspections, maintenance, and legal handovers
  • An enabled iAgent network that confidently wins and services rental mandates
  • Insightful reporting that drives decisions and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5 – 8+ years’ residential rental/property management experience, including end-to-end operations.
  • Demonstrated success scaling or formalising a managed-rentals portfolio.
  • Strong working knowledge of SA rental law and compliance (POPIA, FICA, CPA, RHA, PIE) and practical eviction workflows.
  • Proven vendor and stakeholder management (inspectors, contractors, attorneys).
  • NQF4/NQF5 Real Estate, PDE4/5, valid FFC (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
  • Proficiency with WeconnectU (or equivalent PM systems such as PayProp), Lightstone, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
