The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Rental Agent to join our Business Development team!

From the first quote to the final invoice, you'll manage the entire rental process, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and expert advice. Your success will be measured by your ability to delight clients, consistently hit sales targets, and ensure every job is expertly executed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining loyal relationships with customers and crew.
• Managing the entire sales process, from initial client inquiry to job completion and invoicing.
• Providing expert advice on gear selection and usage.
• Negotiating with clients to ensure their satisfaction while maintaining the company's interests.
• Working with the Operations team to brief them on job requirements, schedules, and changes.
• Collaborating with the Finance department on quoting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Reporting on market trends and industry contacts to identify new sales opportunities.
• Ensuring our brand and reputation are positively portrayed in every interaction.
