This role resides in the Customer Experience (CX) organization, one of Cisco's fastest-growing teams that drives profitable growth throughout the customer lifecycle by implementing various selling motions to increase value and improve the customer experience.
You will be responsible for managing and driving a portfolio of renewal contracts for Cisco products and services within assigned customer accounts.
You will collaborate with customers, partners, and Cisco teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of requirements and objectives, and to formulate strategies that ensure timely renewal closures while minimizing risks and financial attrition.
You should demonstrate leadership skills and financial acumen, with experience in developing and implementing policies related to forecasting, data quality, and accuracy. Experience with services, subscription, and software offers is essential.
