Job summary

A leading company is seeking an experienced Renewable Project Manager to oversee solar, substation, and grid projects both locally and internationally. The role involves managing all phases of project development, particularly focusing on a 1MW PV Solar Farm in the DRC. Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management and at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a similar role.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
• Registration with ECSA / SAIEE / SACPCMP preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage renewable energy and power infrastructure projects
2. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and conduct site assessments
3. Oversee tendering, feasibility studies, compliance, and budgeting
4. Provide technical leadership and train junior engineers

Requirements:

• Degree / National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
• 8+ years in a similar role, with proficiency in project management tools
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage
• Registration with ECSA / SAIEE / SACPCMP preferred
