SET in Gqeberha is seeking an ED/BEE Analyst to support delivery and monitoring of Economic Development and B-BBEE obligations across a renewable energy project portfolio. The role reports to the ED/BEE Strategy Specialist and suits an analytical professional with experience in B-BBEE consulting or SANAS verification.

You will collect and analyse compliance data, support contractor engagement, and prepare governance packs and reports for senior management and shareholder forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law or a related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in B-BBEE consulting, SANAS verification, Economic Development or similar.
• Renewable energy sector experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI and data systems advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Collect and validate ED/BEE compliance data across ownership, management control and employment equity.
• Monitor obligations and identify reporting gaps or deviations for projects.
• Engage with contractors to gather ED data and support assessments.
• Assist contractors with data collection, governance and compliance reporting.
• Support development and implementation of ED/BEE strategies and action plans.
• Prepare governance packs, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Identify compliance risks and opportunities for value creation.
• Contribute to ED/BEE reporting process improvements.
