What you’ll be doing:
  • Keeping us ahead of the curve with your deep knowledge of market best practices, benchmarks, and salary scales.
  • Ensuring payroll procedures run like a well-oiled machine while staying compliant with labor legislation.
  • Putting your Excel wizardry and financial acumen to work in analyzing compensation data and trends.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience: Up to 8 years in Human Resource Management with a focus on remuneration, including:
  • 5 years leading and supervising a remuneration environment.
  • Up to 5 years’ hands-on experience with HR systems and software.
  • 4 years as a general HR practitioner (you’ve seen it all!).
  • 1 year diving deep into job evaluation methodologies and relevant systems.
