MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo research, establish and maintain competitive remuneration practices for attraction and retention of staff whilst ensuring affordability and sustainability for the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASAlign total employee costs with the job market
Manage remunerations policies and practices to control salary cost within corporate mandate
Ensure job grading is equitable and valued to specific job worth
Manage and oversees the organisations management information for the Human Resources department
Lead and Manage People
REQUIRED EDUCATIONEssential - BCom degree or related qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEEssential - 5 years experience in remuneration management and 3 years managerial experience
