A leading company in the field of HR, Pepkor Speciality, is seeking a candidate to manage all aspects of remuneration, benefits, and payroll analytics. This pivotal role includes leading a team to ensure efficient benefit delivery and payroll accuracy, reporting directly to the Chief Executive of Human Resources.
Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this position is to manage all remuneration, benefits, and HR data analytics practices within Pepkor Speciality, including ownership of Payroll.
The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure the delivery of approved employee benefits to all Pepkor Speciality employees. They will also take accountability for the full payroll function of the group, ensuring that employees and relevant third parties are accurately and promptly paid according to contractual agreements, procedures, and legislation.
This position reports to the Chief Executive: Human Resources.
