Are you a data-driven HR professional with a sharp mind for tax and rewards? Join a nationally respected authority in wildlife conservation and national park management, responsible for protecting South Africa's most iconic natural heritage.

We're seeking a Remuneration & Rewards Specialist to lead strategic and operational efforts in compensation design, benefits structuring, and salary reviews.

Based in Pretoria, this role offers hybrid flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact organisation shaping conservation policy and practice.

?? What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement fair and competitive reward frameworks.
  • Lead annual salary review and benefits administration.
  • Ensure legislative compliance and tax efficiency in all remuneration structures.
  • Use advanced Excel and HRIS tools for data analysis and modelling.
  • Benchmark compensation trends and conduct market surveys.
  • Engage cross-functionally with HR, Finance and Legal teams.

? What You Bring:

  • Degree in HR, Finance, or Organisational Psychology.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a Remuneration/Rewards specialist role.
  • Strong tax knowledge related to employee compensation.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, modelling, data manipulation).
  • Knowledge of job evaluation systems and HRIS platforms.
  • CCP certification is an advantage.
