A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Senior Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to develop and implement competitive remuneration programs. This role requires extensive experience in remuneration management, job grading, and organizational design within the financial sector. The successful candidate will contribute to broader Human Capital projects and ensure alignment with remuneration policies.
Purpose:
The Senior Remuneration & Benefits Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing remuneration and benefit programmes/solutions for the organization and other government agencies. This position will also participate in the design and deployment of broader Human Capital projects in terms of the alignment to Remuneration & Benefits.
