Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Warehouse Systems Analyst to optimize and maintain WMS across a distributed network. The role focuses on performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and implementing enhancements in a remote-first environment.

You will collaborate with IT, operations, and development teams, develop documentation, and provide expert remote support for WMS issues while driving data integrity and process automation across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with warehouse or logistics systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze WMS performance and utilization across facilities.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose system enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, ops and development teams on updates and features.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
• Provide remote technical support for WMS issues.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional specs for enhancements.
• Design and conduct UAT for system changes.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure reliability.
• Stay updated on warehouse technology trends and best practices.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps for warehousing.
